These terms govern your use of the Still website and any service booked through it. By using the site you accept these terms.
Clinical services
Still is a GPhC-registered community pharmacy (Premises 1123456, Superintendent 2098765). All clinical services are delivered by GPhC-registered pharmacists and prescribers in accordance with the GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals.
Appointments & cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before any appointment. Paid private services may incur a 50% charge if cancelled inside the 24-hour window or for no-shows.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints
Please raise concerns first with the Superintendent. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org.
