What we collect
- Name, date of birth, address and NHS number to dispense and bill correctly.
- Clinical notes from any consultation, stored on our secure UK-based pharmacy system.
- Contact details to confirm appointments and reach you about prescriptions.
Lawful basis
We process data under Article 6(1)(e) (public task - provision of NHS pharmaceutical services) and Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (provision of health and social care).
Sharing
We share clinical information with your GP and the NHS where clinically required. We never sell personal data, and we never share it for marketing.
Your rights
